2 groups of photo based images both exploring relationships between the roots of urban trees and their surrounding concrete environments. The first group: on hold is a suite of 12 photographs with hand set letterpress text printed onto the photographs. The sentence on each print - we hold each other, you and i - is conjugated in the 12 main tenses found in English. The second group of works consist of digitally paired photo collages mounted on wood panels.
